2- It depends. Surfer got some stupid ass feats in some fights, but in overall, I say it's Nova Prime.

Surfer, IMO the high herald epitome of versatility.

I wonder why Hal Jordan isn't on that list though. He would be comparable.

As for in combat - new Martian Manhunter looks like a pretty hot candidate
