Doctor Doctor gimme the news, I got a bad case of loving you

1. Slightly Doom. He has just done in a much bigger fish but Doc can instantaneously do it to magical beings like it's no ones business.

2. Could go either way. Strange have much much better magical feats and the artifacts to work with but Doom got magic and tech working for him. Assuming Dr Strange doesn't just simply do stupidly outrageous stuff like stop time, Doom can fight the fight.

3. Strange.
