Location: Abandoned City unfamiliar to both teams

Equipment: Standard equipment for both teams

Rules: No BFRs/Ringouts, They fight in character, No preptime for either team.

FIGHT 2: (With Prep)

Location: Abandoned City unfamiliar to both teams

Rules: No BFRs/Ringouts, They fight in character, Both teams get 2 days prep.

The Elite has better teamwork and should put up some fight, but the Defenders are stronger, and'll win.

I guess Surfer and Strange are probably too much for The Elite.

Yea, they are the main problems.
