Batman at his very best vs Wolverine (with no adimantium) at best who takes this how and why?

Does Batman at his best include any and all armor he has worn and utility belt item he has used?

Batman who, at any given time, is likely to be carrying thermite grenades, flashbangs, small lasers, knockout gas, tranquilizer darts, sonics, and weaponized adhesives... has a least a fighting chance here. Starting distance is on his side.

Batman batkicks him unconscious, with ease.

so basically bone-clawed wolverine who happens to walk unscathed from getting run over by a vehicle thanks to have an amped up hf without the adamantium overtaxing his. bats has a chance but he ain't taking the majority here.

Sorry forgot to mention batman can't use his gadgets as mentioned above , h2h only but wolvie can use his claws ..
