Lol, Malvolio? Now there's a name I've not heard in a LONG time. That dude was no joke--he toyed with pre-crisis Hal initially. In fact, he casually blasted Hal through an entire planet:

So yea, GL Vils. Oblivion and Malvolio are the two strongest here.
