I view cap at around Ozy level, just a bit slower so I'm saying cap hard in round one and like 7/10 round two

Featwise, Cap smashes them in both rounds.

Cap 10/10, Cap is not slower than Ozy , if anything he's faster. Hell Cap will kill them with one hit if he wanted too!!

Lol people still listening to the handbook, talking as if cap anything near peak human... ROFL. Cap crushes.
