Has Strange fallen so low?

He's not a match for Hector Hall in his current state.

Is he crippled or something? Did magic lose it's power in the MU kinda like in the DCU before the reboot?

No, Strange just lost a lot of his own personal power. He's no longer the Sorcerer Supreme and hasn't been for years. He's still a solid high meta, imo, and still has the vast occult knowledge he's picked up, but power wise, he's not what he once was. He's been like that since after WWH.

Strange and Surfer.

Silver Strange ftw... board to the noggin for Orion, then 2 on 1 against Fate.

Orion thrashes Surfer then Strange gets dogpiled

Current Strange gimps team two. With Classic Doc, I'd say team 2 6/10.

Orion can hang with Surfer enough until Hector, who was near Pre-Crisis levels can deal with Strange. I don't see Surfer doing much to Fate.
