Depends on which animated version you're looking at. I'm assuming Timmverse/DCAU versions of Superman and Doomsday.

If we look at the mini movie Hulk vs Thor, it was the Hulk that came out on top. If we look at Avengers Earths Mightiest it was the Hulk that did better than Thor when they fought Graviton. Something to think long and hard over no?

Hulk wins. He was clearly more powerful in the cartoon.

Hulk's unquestionably stronger.

But Thor's the one who put Graviton down. And outperformed the Hulk against Odin force Loki and put down Kang. Not to mention he was taking it to Galactus, and brought a full powered herald to it's knees instead of Hulk who beat a weakened one.

Thor's unquestionably more powerful.

Thor had the power while Hulk had the strength in A:EMH. Thor was a pussy in the Hulk vs movie though.

BTW...Justice League: Doom/Superman vs The Elite Superman beats these guys IMO

And Thor's feats in Season Two clearly outperform those of Hulk's.

It's pretty obvious that Thor was intended to be the most powerful Avenger while Hulk was physically the strongest.

I'd love to see Superman who beat down the Elite take on the Mindless Hulk who trashed most of Asgard.

If they are all from the animated series, I think Hulk would win. Thor was impressive during Season 2 of A:EMH and had some decent feats from season 1 but he was still generally upstaged by Hulk in the few appearances had. Superman is depicted as more powerful in the movies than in JLU.

Superman vs The elite version of superman wins.
