Yikes. DC wins this handily.

I want to say dc, those are some heavy hitters. But shadow cabinet doesn't really have much in the way of actual feats, and Cain has only really shown that he could control vampires if I remember right.

I don't really know much about the phoenix 5 though..

What is Abyss? Don't think I've ever seen him.

Abyss is from Dial H. He's a character who has shown up in the past. An obscure character.
