Which team wins?

Don't know enough about Cross Bones, but I'm edging towards Bat-family... I think Red Skull is a little below CA in physical stats and a lot below him in terms of fighting skills.

Batman is peak-human and has the bat-kick (if all else fails).

Depends on the Skull. Most recent Red Skull was a giant ass robot. Other forms of Skull were in the cloned physical body of Steve Rogers and has access to his stats. Others were barely peak human.

Crossbones is a legit tough guy and can give Steve a good fight.

The Cloned Skull is the one I'm using. One of those bodies fought the Kingpin right?
