You're talking about the Technarch Magus? Warlock of the new Mutants father correct? Well the Eradicator would be the weak link here imo. Both Ultron, and Magus are huge technopaths. Cyborg may potentially have to fight a 3 on one battle.

They'd be hard pressed to outdo Henshaw in the technopathy department.

Given that, I'll take Hank and Erad.
