When Checkmate came out, yes, but since they rebooted DC, he hasn't showed up yet. Probably never will.

That cigarette packet device that controls his powers sounds like a way for Thanos...don't know enough about Chimera though.

Chimera kinda sounds like one of my favorites the son of Nightmare, Trauma aka Terrance Ward with the becoming their worst fear thing but ofc this guy also seems to be a powerhouse with regeneration lol

If his power is anything like that though, if they can face their fear it kinda doesn't end well
