Stardust destroys Loki, just like Sentry did.

Don't think Loki is planning on and letting Stardust destroy him to further his own ends like he did with Sentry.

There's no way he'd be able to pull that off in direct combat.

He ambushed him and transmuted him, but it was stated that it only succeeded due to Bor not having his defenses readied. Still, it's a crazy (and admittedly high end) feat.

Loki's power set makes him a tough foe to fight in any case.

Loki, imo, is generally in the same tier as Bill. He trades raw power, strength, and durability for guile, intellect, and versatility, but really, in a direct confrontation, Loki's got the chops to easily be considered a Mid-Herald at the very least.

By nature of his character, he doesn't fight directly if he can help it, but when he does, he's extremely formidable.

Stardust takes it.

Actually in their first fight it was even until Stardust accidentally summoned Asteroth and they teamed up against her.

In the second fight Bill had him nailed to the planet but Stardust wasn't worried at all and then Galactus showed up to interrupt.

...But Bill has also cracked Galactus' armor, so that's no surprise.

And if we use Bill as a benchmark, it doesn't look good for Stardust:
