All Out Spidey does no better than average. Walter is one of those guys tailor made to kill him.

I would think Spiderman would give Walter a good fight. Has Spidey sense, super dense webs, agility factor.

Hahahahahaaha no.

His Spidey Sense won't help him against molecular wires that are basically invisible and move fast enough and long enough to slice entire buildings into chunks in moments. His webs get shredded with no problem going by what Walter's done with his wires. And his agility won't help him get through those wires. As tight as he can draw them, Spidey gets minced.

walter can form solid mesh shields fast enough to catch a bullet storm fired at superspeeds by the ultimate vampire... what chance does spidey have again of getting through the ultimate hitman butler's web?
