Magneto alone can give the JLA a fight. Adding the others is just overkill. DCnU JLA are mid tiers at best. I'm sure in a few years that will change, though.

Superman's already a Herald. Hal killed Krona. Flash is, well, Flash. Aquaman is arguably as strong as his pre-reboot self. They're not so weak.

Top tier group in DC isn't falling to a mid-tier marvel group that had to get a huge boost recently to make AvX interesting (kinda)

Superman just got beat by a Predator looking guy and needs his indestructible suit. I wonder how durable it is.

He doesn't need it. He's plenty durable without it. And the guy was incredibly fast too, judging by Superman's narration.

it's just a way of classifying them. I dont think DC has it that way but I tend to do so.

Shattering Hal's constructs, lifting a submarine was another one, and of course staggering Darkseid.
