Well, in terms of super dickery, Stark loses.

Even if it's Civil War Stark, because he believed he was doing the right thing. Dox, he just doesn't care.. For him, screwing over his friends and comrades isn't a special event, it's a Tuesday.

That said, I'm going with Stark. Dox needs a psychological edge to win, or people to manipulate towards his own ends, and in an arena fight he'll have neither..

Vril and Tony are no less than intellectual equals(being generous to Tony) and Vril starts out with more more advanced tech.

Same level of intelligence+same amount of prep time+more advanced tech to work with. Vril wins, imo.
