what kind of resources do they have access to. = or what they usually have on hand or whatever resources they can call on. Regardless I give Lyrl the advantage because while Cho is brilliant and listed as top 8 minds in Marvel he doesn't really apply it to tech advantages as much as one would think. Lyrl and the Dox family have the tendency to apply their knowledge to building things that they sometimes don't even have a real need for at the moment. With that in mind I think his bag of tricks >>>> Cho's though Cho is probably smarter if he could in fact calculate the entirety of the universe. Though according to DC the average coluan is an 8th lvl intellect which is supposedly as smart as every human combined and the dox family individually registers in at a 12. Sooooo... yeah they pretty damn smart. Anyways handing this one to Lyrl.
