Some say these two are unkillable and truly Omnipotent..In your opinion who in Marvel and DC couild possible defeat them??

There not Omnipotent. CA is and was the ultimate plot device out there. For as long there's a story out there, he can draw strength from it.

While Superman with the Sword when they began to fuse was becoming Omnipresence, and omniscience.

Not enough feats, or statement to come out as Omnipotent. Though, they do come pretty damn close.

Sword of Superman was never actually said to be multiversal (or omniversal), though you could certainly draw that conclusion from intent.

Regardless, it's pretty much speculation because Superman rejected it before anything really happened.

Actually when Kal started to absorb the sword, he was becoming omnipresent.

Presence, Primal Monitor, TOAA, pr Beyonder, possibly hotu thanos, and sasquatch

Batman beats them both combined.
