Team wins.

That version of Thor beat a Thanosi who (with the chalice activated) had the power to wipe a galaxy (or was it universe?) clean of life.

Void as proven if hit hard enough can (like in a dreamstate) revert back into Sentryform.

And if Sentry doesn't wish to die...he can't die. He will just reform elsewhere.

And will revert back into Voidstate.

This fight is mute. For the fight doesn't factor in the Sentry.

But with KMC forum rules, and KO meaning a loss.

Void being hit hard enough to revert into Sentry state automatically is a win for the team.

So team wins due to massive power output.

bbrem123
yea but then you have when sentry and void are seperate. How would he revert back if that are not connected like they were in siege

the ninjak
They were always connected. Void is just an aspect of Sentry's subconscious. His paranoia in the flesh.
Matter Manipulation and schizophrenia is a *****.
Voidtry existed long before Siege.

bbrem123
Yes i understand they are connected. But half the time the void is attacking earth and sentry is fighting along side other heroes. So you cant really beat the void back to sentry persona if they manifested as separate entity. The only time they were shown to be in the same body in all of the voids appearances was at the end of siege.

I took the Voidrty - Thor fight to be Sentry helping to weaken Void and then letting himself be "killed", rather than Voidtry weakening and then turning into Sentry.

After all, Sentry is more powerful than Void, just less mentally focussed/stable (hence the existence of Void in the first place).

I think Marvel have a policy on DID characters now being able to have physical bodies for two or more of their identities simultaneously.

Hulk and Banner did it on at least two occasions (Aaron's current arc in Incredible Hulk, as well as during Heroes Reborn), Sentry and Void have always had separate and yet also shared bodies, when it suited.

Sentry chucks Void into the sun, then over time Sentry weakens and his mental state lets Void back in, they share the same body, then Void manifests proper, then they carry on with the dance...

I guess it would have been kinda repetitive if they keep them separate every time.

Sentry is Void, I honestly think Void is a thought function of Sentry and at one point, Sentry kind of made him vanish just by thinking of the Void "not" being real. The Void was created by Sentry and the Void is an unleashed Sentry. With complete control Bob could get rid of the Void with just a thought but he lost complete Control of this during Siege.

At the end of the day they both stem from Bob, so you take down Bob, you take the Void/Sentry out.

Sentry Voidtry and Void are the same person in different dreamstates if you will.

And Sentry was powerful enough to have both Void and himself exist at the same time on occasions.

After Mastermind's manipulations Sentry divided himself into multiple personas-

A recluse in a suburban home.
A comic character.
A prisoner in the Raft.

He is a high level matter manipulator with schizophrenia and low intelligence.

Perfect way of putting it. Sentry is powerful as hell.

He is a high level matter manipulator with schizophrenia and low intelligence. yes very good way of putting everything. especially this part. It all makes sense from this one statement hahaha

it actually was just like the MM he fought. MM manifested different aspects of himself similar to the void and the sentry.

Thanks Also include the Hulk into the equation.

The Thor used in this thread was amped by a significant portion of the Odin Force, and is more powerful than a Thor amped by Norn Stones. He beat a grossly amped Thanosi, who would have in turn beaten the Void, imo.

PillarofOsiris
The Void is grossly overmatched here. This is a spite thread.

Too easy. the second Void gets hit hard enough to enter Sentrymode the fight finishes.
