My thoughts
1st: Doom
2nd: Cap
3rd: Supes
4th: Batman

It depends. Do the characters retain their normal powers as well, because if so, Superman is going to crush everyone else combined.

Doom. He inspires his enemies even as he grinds them into dust under his heel.

I'd probably put Doom 3rd or last given the stips. Can't see him being able to make much use of a BL ring, tbh.
