Prime can not punch and kick, he can only use his out put of power. He still retain his flight, durability, etc, but he can not use his arms and legs for this battle (he is doing this to be cocky). Can he win?

His heat vision at his weakest state cut through Superman's chest like it was butter, and he is still far stronger, faster, and more durable than both, while he can't punch or kick, a flying head ram would do some damage.
