Vixen at one point could copy and meta humans power and even took a blow from Superman by coping a protective shell of a beetle.

Vixen doesn't have that power currently

Congs feat is impressive but is give wendigo the advantage one on one

Wendigo would probably get smashed by Congorilla. Congorilla was also wrestling with Synththulu the elder God. Or Chuthulu monster. Congorilla is a BEAST! lol.

True, but Wendigo isn't soling. Animal Man can take him out if he wanted to.

The thing is he's not really soloing because he can form an army out of team 1

Oooohhhhhh sorry, if Vixen is copying meta powers, and Buddy is copying Sun Eaters or whatever he wants, shooting lightning out of his face etc, then yes, DC team could well win, unless Sasquatch goes full Tanaraq mode.
