CIS and PIS aside, I don't see why Skaar could not take this team based on how well he did against the Dark Avengers. However in a comic this team has the experience, resources, and tech to win a large majority. Mainly due to Pym, and Spiderman.

Pym Solos

Unless he is swallowed by the surrounding earth, and imprisoned via Old Power.

He can fly faster than Skaar can react but ok

Ah, i didn't see the word current in the OP, so I figured Keith was plucking characters from different time periods. Whatever though. Skaar has the power to wreck shop here, but power isn't everything. Like I said from the door, team for the majority, but I don't see a stomp, or a solo.

Don't really see how the team is gonna pull this off. Skaar wins.

Perhaps, but Skaar could kill him without touching him as well, and this also depends on if the Wasp is Pym, or if Pym is Goliath.

This team has zero chance here.

Yeah my arguement is based on current wasp soloing

Classic Pym as goliath just doesn't carry the tech to win this
