Strange is still plenty powerful, I mean he was able to stop time in a localized area.

Strange's power now lies in his knowledge. He may not be a top tier like he was, but he'll know how to use what team 1 has.

Etrigan is a match for anyone on team 2 physically. Dr. Fate + Dr. Strange = win

Ghost Rider can pick up the pieces or jump in where he likes.

Ill go with Team 2, as everyone on Team Thor is a super bruiser MADE to battle mystical beings. Their resistance to magical abilities is much moreso than Stranges resistance to being hit with a Thor level physical attack.

Team thors huge speed advantage is why I see them winning
