Bart might be slightly above Trans as well. He did have the entire SF inside of him and he owned Zoom.

I thought Johns was writing when Bart essentially retconned DC's timeline. Could be wrong on that, though.

This fight has so many people with few appearances (Keeper comes to mind), and others whose presence at "Trans" is dubious (how is KT not Skyfather?). So it's one big crapshoot of "nobody knows."

That was Barry. Bart on the other hand was the avatar of the SF and owned Zoom in that run by Marc G. He was a beast.
