Now, if it's current Emma with 1/2 the Force, I'd say she takes it.

If not for CBR, this site's Surfer would easily be the most moronic interpretation of the character in any forum.

I consider Thor and Surfer to be overall equals, so if Phoenix Namor is too much for Thor, I have to say Phoenix Emma is too strong for Surfer.

I kinda agree except most would argue CIS (not me).
Emma also has mind powers that can slow SS down in order to attack him.
Emma can reform, so the only way SS can win is through some type of bfr.

Silver boy puts up a better fight than Hammer boy but ends up losing in the end.
