As Cage takes hits from super heavy hitters all the time with no problems. I don't know how durable the Nu-52 Venom makes him, but Cage could more than likely wear him out if not outright beat him.

Bats on Nu-52 Venom drew blood from Superman.

N-52 Superman sucks, though, so...

Not compared to Luke Cage. I'd place my bets on Superman every time.
