Agreed. Although, what's the difference between the Darwin that owned Hela and current Darwin? I haven't been really following him.

I think he meant just not the Darwin who BFRed himself rather than face WWH. That 'constantly evolving power' shtick doesn't always grant offensive powers.

QS is currently in the multiples of Lightspeed; in both speed and reaction time

Justice's power is there, he is like a better IW. He could use some speed feats to get a few more wins against a ic Thor

Id say Thor over QS 8/10

And Thor over Justice 7/10

He creates TK infused "clouds" he can control things in them so he can create a shield around himself, that also allows flight

He can also use the clouds like a force projectile.

His reflexes are atleast peak human, before his training while in prison, he was able to put a force bubble at the end of a gun, before the smoke left the barrel

In an avenger academy/ AvX tie in he was able to not only remove but replace with a did, the central memory unit of Juston's sentinel while PF Emma was looking at it, without her knowing it...

In fact the entire academy looked at on during the destruction of the sentinel, and no one noticed QS or the switch

Surfer and Bill keeping pace with Skuttlebutt while engaged in a fight is above and beyond any thing Thor has replicated speed wise. Thor has no FTL reflex or combat speed feats and Bill's feats aren't transferable.

Thor and Bill are "not" physically the same.

Their powers are pretty much the same... I'd feel comfortable scaling one off the other unless it was made clear a certain power was something only one of them could do
