It comes down to Thor and Supes which ever wins their team takes it imo

I guess I could see why you'd be quick to dismiss Logan & Spidey, but you're sayin Hulk (unlimited strength) & Juggernaut (invincible) are complete non-factors? Even if Juggernaut is a non-factor in terms of offense, leaving Supes to take on Thor & Hulk certainly wouldn't make Hulk a non-factor.

And lets not forget, Spidey is faster than all of team one (at zero momentum), while it's also difficult to completely subdue Wolvie in a melee situation

Hulk would have to catch Spidey first, which could cause just the diversion need for Supes to be able to take Hulk & Thor one at a time

Both Thor and Hulk can tag Spidey. Either though thunder claps or homing hammer tosses or storm summoning.

as for the fight.

I think most people assume it comes down to Thor and Superman cause they both have flight. Superman also has a huge speed advantage over the rest of the people in this thread as well as good long range attacks. Thor has such a huge Versatility edge over the rest of this people in this thread as well as having the strongest attacks.

So once either one wins their match against each other no one else for either team really has options to deal with them if they fight smart.

Hulk and Juggernaut could obviously contribute to helping Superman or Thor if those two fight dumb and go toe to toe without using their advantages.

Personally I would say team 1 (wolverine, hulk, Thor) since from what I know super-man is vulnerable to magic so Thor would defeat super-man, wolverine would eventually beat spidey and then it's basically Thor, hulk and wolverine vs juggernaut which team 1 would eventually win.

You're aware that crossovers don't count, right?

Even if they did, JLA/Avengers doesn't show Superman >> Thor, what it showed was a close fight that Superman happened to win.
