I think Wally solves one of Thor's biggest weaknesses, which is his relative slow speed. With Wally's speed, Thor has strong energy attacks, magic capabilities, strength, and speed.

Unless I'm mistaken, Mjolnir wouldn't be duplicated, just Thor. So while powerful, it's not optimal.

Waverider+superman. Waverider can pluck as many version of himself and others throughout timestream he wants, multiple man has a limit.
