Honestly, I think Hulk.

Physically, he's going to be extremely tough to take down anyway. With Magneto's shields stacked on top of that as well as his ability to attack from range and not be easily BFRed, I don't see him going down by any single person.

My vote goes for the Omega Level Kryptonian. Nate's psionic ability to have utter control of his physical body, would nearly eliminate all the drawbacks found in weakness exploitation.

His formidable strength, would be augmented by his vast TK.
