Negative b*tch slapped Spider-man through an apartment rather casually, and it took him a few days to recover. I'd say he has h2h in the bag.

Standard equipment might make it more even, but I still give Negative the majority.

Mr. Negative is that powerful? I could have sworn I read on these forums that Hawkeye one shot KOed him with an elbow to the face? Why couldn't Batman do the same?

If he did, that's PIS to the extreme. And well written, Negative would be a major threat.

Did they ever finish up this story arc or did it just fizzle out?

They did. Spider-man went there to get back a blood sample Negative took from him awhile ago. Li was going to use it to create a gas poisonous only to Spider-man. Black Cat helped steal the sample and replaced with something else. It later saved Spider-man's life, Negative's secret id was exposed and he was on the run ever since.

Spider-woman. But yeah it was BIS (Bendis Induced Stupidity). Clint hit him once and Negative spent 3 pages sitting on the floor with a WTF face listening to HW/SW lovers' quarrel.
