PREP battle. Who wins?

Grodd usually plays for larger stakes.
On the other hand Manta doesn't give 2 $hits about world domination or stuff like that and has a very good record of actually getting the job done.

If they can get all their resources though, prolly Grodd due to an army of technologically advanced warrior apes.

As for telepathy won't play a role. Manta and his crew are (usually) immune due to the their suits.

I agree that the gorilla place for bigger prizes than Black Manta. I'm not exactly sure what kind of preparation feet that Black Manta has, but considering that he goes into battle with Aquaman with weapons that can not only block his telepathy but even wound him, he must know what he's doing.

Gonna go with Grodd with prep. Better Resources, better henchmen with better weapons, personally Stronger and more Agile. He'd probably lost if he went against Manta straight up due to BM's standard weapons (.... if they are truly tp immune otherwise this wouldn't be much of a battle going to grodd's favors).
