Team 1 in both.
I mean 3 out of 4 on Team two could barely hurt wolverine, let alone put him down.

logan can solo, if berserk/ bloodlust or just plain lust

Once Lady Deathstrike is down, Wolverine goes on a rampage.

Wolverine would have long, drawn out confrontations with Mystique, Elektra, and Lady Deathstrike, he isn't soloing.

Natasha is a weak link however and that gives team 1 the edge in the numbers game.
