Recent Mr Sinister with Goblin Queen clones + Apocalypse with Celestial tech and Doom and his absorbing tech + Loki's enchantments would be too much added with Magneto's influence.

Sinister captured the Phoenix Force with his clones and with magical help he would weaponise it. Kang was defeated by common Avengers.
And Vulcan aint absorbing the Phoenix Force.

This is only counting in recent occurances



Recent Magus and Ultron and Annihilus would struggle with such power.

With the recent situations. Team 2 can win this with all their potential.

Team 2, even with Jobberacolypse weighing them down.
