He himself only watches, can they win?

He then goes to marvel earth and create 1000 Thors

Can they win?

Can DCnU use the Rot?

They are just "creatures of the mind" and "aspects of consciousness". The Scrier and the Other were known for their mind games.

^Scrier told Rachel that she was a random thought form given life or something to that effect. Doesn't mean that she was just a part of a mind game.

The creation of those creatures was far more likely quasi-reality warping rather than mere mental projections.
