1.Kang has solid prep, Thanos doesnt have any both battle
2.Both have soild prep

Who wins in each of the above how and why?

Powers? None that I know of, but he has a crapton of Tech (check Bentley's "Kang Respect Thread". However, I still think Thanos destroys him in both scenarios.

sorry made a mistake there to clarify not immortus, but kang etc..

Kang should be able to take a non-prepped Thanos, with prep. In a prep war fight Thanos should win because he's less prone to toying with his food.

Kang loses 10/10.
