Hey guys

I need your help. Do you know when the movie stops and some silhouettes appear on the corner of the screen, like they're on the cinema watching the movie and eating popcorn, and they make some sort of a comment related to the movie?
How do you call them? Can you get me an image of that or an example of a movie where that occurred (more likely to be in an animation movie)?

Disney's The Emperor's New Groove. You kinda have to watch that one.
Mostly it's the Emperor stepping outside the film to circle himself as the most important character, and to cross out other things that make him angry.
