Well it looks like Strange is back to being S.S. but do Classic Strange feats apply to this new SS strange? Since he is on a team i doubt that they would make him that powerful...

No classic Strange feats, unless he has performed a feat similar to his classic self, lately.

BTW, who is the guy in the business suit and glasses on the Secret Avengers lineup?

He's been added to Marvel comic continuity and will become a prime player in SHIELD apparently.
