Lol no, this was a question I thought to myself the other day, and doesn't really have any bearing on this thread - Spidey doesn't gouge eyes out.

I believe they are stone just like all his other organs

Parker's extra arms should be able to pierce them, imo.

So they're stone eyes? I mean, makes sense, I guess because they were blue and looked so much like normal eyes, that they were softer.

Doubt it. He's not stone under his armor (as seen when Logan cut his face), vital organs excluded maybe.
