Let's assume she cannot directly manipulate psionic energy through or within enclosed force fields and that Sue is unwilling to create forcefields within Braddock's body.

Well, Psylocke has shown bullet time reflexes before. She might TK blast before Sue can force bubble.

This could be a very tricky fight in a comic though. On the forums, it's likely a quick draw. If Sue gets a bubble around herself or Psylocke, it's pretty much game over.
