That's pre-Flashpoint Grundy he is using. If we're using all at their best, PC Grundy went toe to toe with PC Supes, IIRC.

Grundy at his peak would be PC version, which doesn't bold well for Hulk and DD, DD would get one shot PC Grundy, Hulk would las t a little bit longer and will fall the same.

I'd put him at High herald lvl but he had solid feats suggesting being above it

Going toe to toe with pc supes is the best you can get here.

Pc highs are crazy, but there lows are embarrassing...

It's to cartoony to really take as serious feats...
