We all saw Thor get busted back by the vibranium shield when hit with mjolnir, would the same thing happen to Supe with a mighty hit landing on the shield or would it break?

It's not vibranium. Breaking vibranium is not a big feat.

It's made out of proto-adamantium/experimental iron alloy and vibranium. Currently it's enhanced with uru, too.

Anyway, it won't break.
