Probably Rot.

Well, the Rot is still necessary for life - I can see Franklin being able to beat the Rot back in the comic book sense (like what Animal Man/Swamp Thing are trying to do) but never winning.

Well, Franklin can warp reality, deciding what it should be. That's hardly much of a constraint imo. He could simply BFR it into a universe where there is no life to begin with, or imprison it in his own custom pocket dimension.

Mind you, I actually think that the Rot wins here. Just giving a perspective on what Franklin can do in this battle.
