on the other hand, the phoenix had a much harder time undoing the wanda/lifeforce spell, than wanda had to cast it. hope even used some know-how contribution from wanda. of course, she didn't have her 4 remaining lights with her because of the avx ****-ups and based on unit's story, we can conclude they'd help her do it properly.
bottomline is that by feats the life force > phoenix. whether the rest of the omniverse has been freed from the spell and if this was acomplished by the many alternate phoenix manifestations separately or by the 616 one alone remains to be seen.

Typical Marvel. The original story (HoM) AND the retcon attempting to fix it (Lifeforce bullsh|t) made zero sense.

As to the thread it doesn't matter. Pick which one you like best and she wins. With the way power levels fluctuate at Marvel (sometimes changing within a YEAR's time) they could have Trapster beating either of these two ladies at their peak.

What has Phoenix in any version done that makes people think she can take Scarlet Witch?

Put them both into a pool filled with pudding and wearing bikinis.

That'll be better than the real fight anyway, which will be a stomp for WCP.
