Who is the weakest character that can beat Adult Franklin Richards every single time (as in a perfect 10/10)?

My personal vote goes to Master Order or Lord Chaos...

Can anyone think of someone weaker than the above that can beat him every single time?

Adult Leech with a hammer

You'd probably have to go up to people like Lucifer Morningstar, Scathan and Protege (maybe), 616 MJJ, or L.T. to be able to beat Franklin 10/10.

What'd happen if Franklin removed the air around Scratch? Can he breath in an airless environment?

This was the guy that copied the Beyonder's power, the Hawk God's power, Eternity's power and the LT's power and it took the ULTIMATE Celestial, Scathan to stop him.

Protege would SODOMIZE Franklin.

The guy from X-man did die by having his surroundings used against him though didnt he? Even if that didnt work. He was hurt by a alternate version of Wolverine.

There are an infinite number of ways Franklin could beat that guy without ever having to directly attack him...

Orr he could just throw a mountain of adimantium on top of him.

Oh, and btw Shaman Nate Grey is at the very least 2 solid tiers below adult Franklin.

Even if we do assume that no mutant power (be it Franklin, be it the MoD, be it MJJ) can affect Scratch, there are still a multitude of ways to incapacitate and/or kill him without directly attacking him.

Franklin makes a gun.

He then shoots Scratch in the face.

Protege would SODOMIZE Franklin. Having power and knowing how to use it are two different things. The mind is the most powerful power of them all.

Thus Scathan didn't need to be more powerful than LT to do what he did.

Leech negated kid Franklin's powers, so it is entirely possible that he could negate adult Franklin's powers as well.

It's also possible that adult Franklin could turn off Leech's brain, similar to what he did against Nathaniel. Leech is a haxxed mofo, though.

Heck, Leech has even dampened the powers of characters who, by definition, aren't mutants(Hazmat and the Power Pack come to mind.) The dude is haxxed beyond belief. But as with most power dampeners, there are still ways around Leech's abilities.

Leech is just amazing

In the final episode of X-men Evolution (stop reading now if you don't want spoilers), Apocalypse had turned Storm, Xavier, Magneto and Mystique into his horsemen, and used the Eye of Ages to copy the powers of almost every X-man. In the end, Leech allows Rogue to absorb his powers, allowing Rogue to simply walk in to Apocalypse's base depowering the horsemen, Eye of Ages, and Apo himself.. saving the world.

^And yet he has mixed success in restraining/inhibiting just kid Franklin. Adult Franklin turns leech into a slug, while still keeping him as a pet.

All the times they(adult Frank and Leech) were together, he didn't. So no.

Or he could just turn off his X-Gene. Better still, turn leech into a slug.
