This fight is pure h2h fight...

Punisher's damage soak is going to be a major issue for team 1, esp. with no gadgets

If nothing else, Frank should be able to hold out long enough for Daredevil to beat Nightwing....at which point it's 2 vs 1.

Marvel team wins.

Wildcat takes out pun.....then helps with DD. Team 1.
