How does All-Father Hercules from Chaos War do against the true Zom?

Zom is allowed to go all out (not put in a crown of blindness or chains of bondage) and the Living Tribunal won't show up and banish him.

This is a non-fight. Hercules crushes him with little effort.

I dont mind the villain being all powerful, but write a good story while your doing it.
