Iv always found power girl to be more impressive despite some of suoergirls showings seeming better. Didn't they actually fight in the comics? Could of been just a scuffle idk.

If you're talking about the one that Alan stopped, yeah it was just a brief scuffle.

Supergirl did say that Powergirl was stronger though.

Because she was amped by the vicinity of supergirl. Kara wins, when they went to Kandor it was shown directly that she was more powerful than PG.
