I'd give the majority to Team One. Klarion is the only one who can stand a chance against Wotan and Black Adam. The rest go down to Atomic Skull, Poison Ivy, Count Vertigo or Humanite. Overall, team one is better stack physically.

Team 1 in an open fight.

Team 2 if it involves espionage and a lengthy plot with prep.
